Checking of Products Quality
Apex Powelec products like UPS, stabilizers, servo stabilizers, inverter, transformer, batteries are tested by Sameer Center and ETDC, a complete center for testing equipments and development by Masters for testing of power equipments of Central Government of India.
Service Assurance
Response Time:
- 2-3 hours at all locations within Metro
- 8 hours at locations outside Metro and within 200km radius
- 24 hours at locations beyond 200 kms
Mean Time to Repair
- 2-3 hours for minor faults repairable at site for all locations
- 24 hours for all faults referred to service center
Call Login Procedure
- All calls are logged in during hours that is from Monday to Friday
- 0930 hrs to 1900 hrs on all working days
- Calls can also be logged in after office hours in the respective regions with the mobile numbers provided
- Calls logged after working hours or on holidays will be considered as the calls registered on 1900 hrs of the following working days
Escalation Procedure
Escalation level one: If the service engineers within 1 hour of call being registered with the information-the call may be escalated to
Escalation level two: If the unit is not been made up within the stipulated MTTR that is in 3 hours from the job commencement with the information-the call may be escalated to
Escalation level three: In the event of failure to resolve the issue by the above mentioned person within the time-the call may be escalated to
Site Requirements:
- The site should have proper earthing as per BIS/IEC standards
- The servo controlled or automatic type stabilizers of required rating (125-130% of UPS rating) should be provided at locations with voltage levels of below 160VAC or above 300VAC
- The site should be dust free and properly ventilated without any heat emitting objects in the nearby vicinity
- The input and output MCCBs of proper rating as per the advice of regional service engineers or ASP engineers to be provided.
